Pick up from Njp Railway Station / Bagdogra (IXB) Airport and transfer to Phuentsholing (165 Kms, 03 to 04 Hrs) Meet & Greet upon arrival at Phuentsholing (298Mts / 977Fts). Depending on your arrival time our Trip Leader will assist you in procurement of your permit to Bhutan. The permit issuance takes time depending on the rush one has to stand in queue for procurement of permit. In case the permit is not processed on the day of arrival then it can be issued next day before you start for next destination. Overnight at Hotel
After breakfast and after completing your Visa / Permit formalities assisted by our Bhutan representative who will assist you in boarding your vehicle for transfer to Paro (2134Mts /7000Fts, 176Kms / 06 Hrs) in case if your permit are not done on day of arrival. Overnight at Hotel
After breakfast go for Paro Sightseeing visit Dungtse Lhakhang, then stop at Bird eye view point from these point picturesque Paro Valley can be seen from this point and the small Paro International airport in the middle of all of that looks stunning. Ideal time to go here would be between 10-11 AM, then visit Ta Dzong (Entrance fee INR 25 person Adult / Child) (National Museum-Closed on National Holiday), Rinpung Dzong (Entrance fee INR 500 person Adult / Child. Back to the hotel. Overnight at Hotel.

Start the day early for a day hike to Taktsang Lhakhang (Tiger's Nest Monastery) (Entrance fee INR 1000 person Adult / Child). The hike which is all the way uphill takes about 2 /3 hours one way through pine forests. Afternoon at leisure for go for shopping in the market. Overnight at Hotel.
After breakfast transfer to Thimphu (2320Mts / 7656Fts, 65 Kms / 01½ to 02 Hrs), enroute stop at Tamchog Lhakhang (Iron Bridge) & Photo break at Chuzom (Confluence) Meeting point of Thimpu River (Wong Chu) & Paro river (Pa Chu). On arrival in Thimphu, Check in to the hotel.Overnight at Hotel.
After breakfasts go for Thimphu sightseeing covering Sangaygang View Point (BBS Tower) which is located at an elevation of 2(,865 Mts / 9397Fts), which offers an exquisite view of the whole town of Thimphu, then after visit Buddha Point (Kuensel Phodong), Institute for Zorig Chusum (Traditional Art & Craft School) (Entrance fee INR 100 person Adult / Child) (Closed on Saturday , Sunday, National Holiday & During Summer & Winter Vacations), Textiles Museum (Entrance fee INR 100 person Adult / Child), Handicrafts Shops (Closed on Saturday,Sunday & National Holiday), Zangthopelri Lhakhang (Monastery), Simply Bhutan (Entrance fee INR 300 person Adult / Child)(Closed on National Holiday), Motithang Takin Preservation Centre (Entrance fee INR 300 person Adult / Child) (Closed on Every Monday). After breakfast drive to Punakha (1200Mts / 3936Fts, 77 Kms / 03 to 3½ Hrs) / Wangdi (Wangdiphodrang) (1350Mts / 4430Fts, 70 Kms / 03 to 3½ Hrs). Punakha / Wangdi is the last town on the highway before entering Central Bhutan. The drive is over Dochu La pass (3080Mts / 10102Fts) which is very scenic with fascinating view of mountains of Bhutan. Visit Punakha Dzong,(Entrance fee INR 500 person Adult / Child) If time permit visit the Suspension Bridge and then proceed to Chimi Lhakhang (Monastery),Overnight at the Hotel in Wangdi.
After breakfast provide to Gangtey Enroute visit Phobjikha Valley (3000Mts / 9845fts , 85Kms / 3 to 3½ Hrs One way ) The valley of Gangtey is one of the most beautiful. Black Necked Crane Information Centre ,(Entrance fee INR 120 person Adult / Child), GangteyGoempa (Monastery).Drive towards Gangtey. Check in to the hotel .Overnight at Hotel.
After breakfast, drive to Bumthang(2600Mts / 8528Fts, 235 Kms / 08 to 09 Hrs) crossing 3 passes over 3000 meters. The route offers magnificent views of the Himalayas and beautiful landscape through scattered hamlets and forest of rhododendrons and pine. After one and half hour from ChendebjiChorten arrive at a small town known as Trongsa meaning new village. The town mainly consists of fresh Tibetan refugees but the most impressive of all is the TrongsaDzong (Entrance fee INR 200 person Adult / Child). Check in & Overnight at the Hotel.
After breakfast go for Bumthang sightseeing covering JambayLhakhang, KurjeLhakhang, ChankharLhakhang ,TamshingLhakhang, JakarDzong.Back to the hotel.Overnight at Hotel.
Today will be the longest drive almost 8/9 hours to Mongar winding through more rugged terrain (1700Mts / 5575 Fts, 178 KMS / 08 – 09 Hrs). On the way visit the Mebartso meaning burning lake. If there is time a short visit to URA village.Mongar is located on a hill side and is a new town. The Dzong built not long ago maintains the architectural traditions of old Dzong. Overnight at Hotel.
The road from Mongar to Trashigang begins through lush forests and ferns passing over Kori la pass (1100Mts / 3608 Fts, 90 Kms / 03 – 3 ½ Hrs). Descend rapidly through corn fields and banana grooves passing Yedi village. Follow the Gamririver until the bifurcation to Drametsi perched atop a steep hill. It is also famous for the dance called DrametsiNgacham (Drum dance). Trashigang lies 30 kilometers from the junction and lies on top of a steep hill. This district is the biggest and most populated in the Kingdom. The Dzong built strategically on the spur going out towards the Gamririver. Overnight at Hotel.
Sightseeing - Drive 2 hours to TashiYangtsi (55 KMS / 02 HRS One way). On the way visit GomKora monastery located near a river. It is believed that Guru Rinpoche turned into a Garuda to subdue a demon and the imprints of serpent and his body can be seen. Also there is a passage leading from one end to the other end of the huge boulder and who ever crosses the passage his/her sins will be forgiven. Next stop is at Duksum a small village boasting of the oldest iron suspension bridge built during the 15 century by DrupthobChazampa builder of iron bridges. Further on lies the beautiful ChortenKora a huge white washed stupa surrounded by a small community who make the famous wooden bowels (Dapa). Drive back to Trashigang. Overnight at Hotel.
After breakfast drive towards Samdrupjongkhar(223Mts / 730Fts, 193 Kms / 08 -09 Hrs). On the way visit Kanglung the only university in Bhutan. Further on visit the blind school and the famous weaving center. The road takes you through numerous towns and villages. the drive can be both adventurous and awesome. Upon arrival at Samdrupjongkhar the climate is warmer and busier than the last visited areas since it is the border town with India. Overnight at Hotel.
After breakfast, transfer to Guwahati Railway Station / Guwahati (GAU) Airport the services end. One can take their onward connection.
